1. Service Agreement

By submitting tools or knives for sharpening, you acknowledge that:

You are the legal owner of the items
You authorize us to perform sharpening services
You understand the inherent risks involved in blade sharpening

2. Condition of Items

Customers are responsible for informing us of:

Damaged blades
Cracks or chips
Previous repairs

We are not liable for pre-existing damage discovered during the sharpening process.

3. Mail-In Service Policy

For mail-in services:

Customers are responsible for securely packaging items.
Shipping costs to us are the customer’s responsibility.
Return shipping policies will be clearly communicated before processing.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging during shipment to our facility.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to refuse service if payment terms are not met.

5. Limitation of Liability

Honed By Jones shall not be held liable for:

Normal wear and tear of tools
Minor cosmetic changes after sharpening
Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the cost of the sharpening service provided.

6. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service for:

Unsafe tools
Severely damaged items
Items that pose a safety risk

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
